- Enter your business information
- Choose a subscription plan
Step 2: Set Up Your Agent
- Navigate to the Dashboard
- Click “Create New Agent”
- Enter your business name and instructions
- Choose a voice for your agent
- Set your welcome message
Step 3: Get a Phone Number
- Go to Phone Numbers in your dashboard
- Click “Provision New Number”
- Search for a number in your area
- Purchase and assign to your agent

Call your CallEquip number from another phone to test:- Verify the welcome message plays
- Ask about equipment availability
- Request a callback
- Check your dashboard for the call record
