Step 1: Create Your Account

  1. Go to callequip.com/sign-up
  2. Enter your business information
  3. Choose a subscription plan

Step 2: Set Up Your Agent

  1. Navigate to the Dashboard
  2. Click “Create New Agent”
  3. Enter your business name and instructions
  4. Choose a voice for your agent
  5. Set your welcome message

Step 3: Get a Phone Number

  1. Go to Phone Numbers in your dashboard
  2. Click “Provision New Number”
  3. Search for a number in your area
  4. Purchase and assign to your agent

Step 4: Configure Call Forwarding

Set up your existing phone system to forward calls to your CallEquip number:

Step 5: Test Your Agent

Call your CallEquip number from another phone to test:
  1. Verify the welcome message plays
  2. Ask about equipment availability
  3. Request a callback
  4. Check your dashboard for the call record
