Yes! Paid plans include a 14-day free trial. You won’t be charged until the trial ends.How much do phone numbers cost?
Phone numbers are $10/month each, in addition to your plan subscription.What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards through our secure payment processor, Stripe.Can I change plans?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your dashboard. Changes take effect immediately.What happens if I cancel?
When you cancel:- Your subscription continues until the end of the billing period
- Phone numbers are released
- Call history is retained for 30 days
- You can reactivate anytime
Are there per-minute charges?
No. Each plan includes a set number of minutes per month. You pay a flat monthly subscription and your included minutes reset each billing cycle.How do I update my payment method?
- Go to your Dashboard
- Click on Settings
- Select “Billing”
- Update your payment information
Can I get a receipt?
Yes, receipts are automatically emailed after each payment. You can also download past invoices from your billing settings.Do you offer refunds?
We offer refunds within 7 days of initial signup. After that, you can cancel anytime but we don’t provide prorated refunds for partial months.Need billing help?
