## What file formats are supported for equipment catalogs?

* CSV (.csv)
* Excel (.xlsx, .xls)
* PDF (.pdf)
* Text (.txt)

Maximum file size: 10MB per file.

## Can I integrate with my existing phone system?

Yes! CallEquip works with any phone system that supports call forwarding:

* Traditional landlines
* VoIP systems (RingCentral, 8x8, Vonage)
* Cell phones
* PBX systems

## How do I upload my equipment catalog?

1. Go to your agent's settings
2. Click "Upload Equipment Catalog"
3. Select your file (CSV, Excel, or PDF)
4. Wait for processing to complete

## What's the best format for my equipment data?

CSV with these columns works best:

## Can the agent access my website?

Yes! Enter your website URL in your agent settings. The agent will search your site to answer questions about:

* Business hours
* Location
* Services offered
* Policies

## How long are call recordings stored?

Call recordings are stored for:

* Free plan: 7 days
* Starter: 30 days
* Professional: 90 days
* Enterprise: 1 year

## Can I download call recordings?

Yes, you can download recordings directly from the call detail page in your dashboard.

## Is my data secure?

Yes. We use:

* SSL/TLS encryption for all connections
* Encrypted storage for recordings
* SOC 2 compliant infrastructure
* No sharing of your data with third parties

## What's the uptime guarantee?

CallEquip targets 99.9% uptime. Our infrastructure is built on reliable cloud providers with automatic failover.

## Can I use my own domain for the phone number?

Phone numbers are provided through our partnership with Twilio. Custom SIP trunk integration is available for Enterprise plans.

## API access?

API access is coming soon. Contact us if you have specific integration needs.
