# Billing FAQ

> Answers to frequently asked questions about CallEquip pricing, subscription plans, payment methods, invoicing, upgrades, and cancellation policies.

## What plans are available?

\*Professional plan allows additional agents at \$149/month each.

## Is there a free trial?

Yes! Paid plans include a 14-day free trial. You won't be charged until the trial ends.

## How much do phone numbers cost?

Phone numbers are \$10/month each, in addition to your plan subscription.

## What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards through our secure payment processor, Stripe.

## Can I change plans?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your dashboard. Changes take effect immediately.

## What happens if I cancel?

When you cancel:

* Your subscription continues until the end of the billing period
* Phone numbers are released
* Call history is retained for 30 days
* You can reactivate anytime

## Are there per-minute charges?

No. Each plan includes a set number of minutes per month. You pay a flat monthly subscription and your included minutes reset each billing cycle.

## How do I update my payment method?

1. Go to your Dashboard
2. Click on Settings
3. Select "Billing"
4. Update your payment information

## Can I get a receipt?

Yes, receipts are automatically emailed after each payment. You can also download past invoices from your billing settings.

## Do you offer refunds?

We offer refunds within 7 days of initial signup. After that, you can cancel anytime but we don't provide prorated refunds for partial months.
